How can we help you in 2022? The investments we made in the business this year will benefit you and all our stakeholders going forward. Here are some recent highlights.
A clear line of sight to our customers
Our priorities are set for 2022: continue to delight our customers, ensure the well-being of our colleagues and protect our planet. Within these areas, we will continue to invest where we can create the most value through efficiency, capacity, technology and sustainability.
The significant progress we made in 2021 will serve our customers well in the coming year. In September, we appointed Christine Robinne to lead our technology team and digital strategy in Europe. Christine is passionate about customer-facing innovation — she led the digital transformation of Heineken’s operations in Europe.
On the environmental front, our XPO Connect digital freight platform and our investments in greener fleet will help us to meet our CO2 reduction goals. Our hundreds of natural gas-powered trucks in Europe are no longer our only alternative-fuel fleet; we’ve begun to introduce fully electric freight transport vehicles in France and Spain.
Importantly, we can achieve superior results together in all these areas through collaboration — the cornerstone of our partnership approach. This is the best way for us to tailor flexible, cutting-edge solutions to your specific needs.
Thank you for your support, and warm wishes for a prosperous new year. We look forward to working with you in 2022.
